Meals and Breakfast
Is breakfast available at the hotel?
Breakfast will be arranged for guests who make a reservation with the Breakfast Box offer. To check if our neighboring Michi-no-Eki has a breakfast menu, please check their official website.
Can outside food and drinks be brought into the hotel?
Yes, outside food and drinks can be brought in and stored in the guest room refrigerator.
Is room service available?
No, we do not have room service at the hotel.
When do I pay for my accommodation?
Payments can be made at the hotel when you check in. As we do not accept cash payment, please have a credit card or digital currency ready.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, UC, JCB, Diners Club, Union Pay for payment.
What type of digital currency can I use?
Prepaid transportation cards (ex : ICOCA, Suica), Pay Pay LINE Pay and J-coin Pay can be used.
Is it possible to wire transfer my payment?
Yes, we accept wire transfers prior to the stay date. Please contact the hotel for details of the account and let us know if you require an invoice.
Is there a separate accommodation tax?
The accommodation tax is included in your fee based on each region’s regulations.
Do you exchange foreign currency at the hotel?
We do not exchange foreign currency at the hotel. Please speak to a staff member for information on the nearest bank.
I would like to make a reservation online, but forgot my password.
Please reset your password by clicking “Forgot password” on the login page.
How do I change or cancel my reservation?
Please login to your Marriott Bonvoy account page and use the “check/change/cancel reservation” option.
How far in advance can I make an online reservation?
Online reservations can be made 11 months (including the current month) in advance.
Can I get my name added to a waiting list for a reservation?
We do not have waiting lists for reservations. Please check room availability online or by phone.
Is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee for no-shows, cancelling on the arrival day, and cancelling after 6pm 1 day before the arrival date is 100% of the room rate. Cancellation fees for group stays (15 or more guests) will vary, so please check the issued contract.
Are non-smoking rooms available?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking.
Can I leave valuables at the hotel?
Valuables can be stored in the safety deposit box in the guest room.
What facilities are available in the guest room?
All guest rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, complimentary internet (Wi-Fi), refrigerator, individually controlled air conditioning, washlet, hair dryer, safety deposit box, hangers, and a shower booth. Please note there are no bathtubs in our guest rooms.
What room amenities are available?
All guest rooms have body wash, shampoo with conditioner, soap, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, a bath mat, toothbrush, shaving kits, pajamas, disposable slippers, and deodorizing spray for clothes.
Is there internet connection?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.
Can 3 people stay in 1 room?
As we do not have extra beds at the hotel, 2 adults is the maximum capacity for each room.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel with the exception of guide dogs.
Can I share a bed with my children?
For 1 adult, 1 child (elementary school aged and below) can share a bed for free.
What are your child rates?
For children over elementary school, the rate is the same as adults.
Children who are elementary school aged and below can share a bed with an adult for free. When you make a reservation, please indicate the number of adults only. If your child requires their own bed, please include them as an adult in your reservation.
Do you have amenities for children?
No, we do not have amenities for children.
Can I rent a crib during my stay?
Yes, cribs are available on a request basis, but please note that there is a limited amount.
Check-in / Check-out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.
What should I do if I am late for the check-in time?
If you are arriving after 10PM, please contact the front desk (open 24 hours).
There is a possibility that your reservation will be cancelled if we don’t hear from you after midnight of your arrival date.
Can I extend my check-out time?
Check-out time is 11AM, but if you would like to check-out later please speak to a staff member at the front desk in advance. There will be a separate fee. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request if our rooms are full.
Can I send out a package from the hotel?
Paid on delivery shipments can be made from the front desk. Please have a mailing address ready and we will provide a delivery slip for you to fill out.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
If you arrive before the check-in time, we can hold your luggage for you at the front desk.
We can also hold your luggage for you after check-out, but it will need to be retrieved by the end of the day.
Please take valuable or breakable items with you.
I would like to send my luggage before my arrival. Can the hotel receive them for me?
Yes, we can receive and hold your luggage prior to your arrival. Please write your name and your check-in date on the delivery slip and use prepaid shipping. Do not send valuable or breakable items as we cannot hold any items that need to be monitored or refrigerated.
What items can be rented at the hotel?
Please contact the hotel to check what items can be rented during your stay.
Do you have laundry service?
Laundry service is not available at the hotel, but there is a coin laundry on the 1st floor for guests.
What facilities are in the common area?
The common area is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, ice machine, and a refrigerator that all guests are welcome to use during their stay.
Do you have restaurants inside the hotel?
No, we do not have any restaurants inside the hotel.
Do you have meeting rooms inside the hotel?
No, we do not have meeting rooms inside the hotel.
Do the staff members speak English?
Yes, there are some staff members who speak English, but please note that they are not available at all times.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. Guests can enter the guest room floors with their card key.
Can I make a photo copy or send a fax from the hotel?
Yes, we can make photocopies or send a fax for you at the hotel. Please note that there is a separate fee and the paper size is A4.
Does the hotel have an EV charging station?
No, we do not have an EV charging station.
Is there parking space at the hotel?
Yes, we have a designated parking space for our guests. Please contact the front desk for details as the location of the parking space varies by hotel. *Parking spaces cannot be reserved or secured in advance.

If our parking space is full, please use the nearby multi-level parking garage and present your parking stub at the hotel. We will adjust the fare so that you will not be charged. (If you are leaving the parking garage within 5 hours of entry, you will not need to present your parking stub at the hotel.)
*Please do not use parking spaces that are not contracted with the hotel.
