Every Friday we invite you to meet our Chef to choose your Catch of the Day. Local fishermen deliver the bay’s freshest fish and guests may select one for lunch or dinner.
This specialty meal may be prepared in any of our restaurants or for private dining (in room-dining).

Celebrate the Festive Season’s magic by attending our iconic St. Regis Champagne Ritual.
The art of sabrage has an ilustrious history that stretches back more than 200 years. The practice is most commonly associated with Napoleon Bonaparte, who famously opened champagne with his saber, and used to say “Champagne; in victor y, one deser ves it; in defeat, one needs it.”
Join us as we saber champagne to spread holiday cheer.

Bloody Mary Ritual
En 1934, Fernand Periot became a bartender at The St. Regis New York Hotel, bringing with him the Bloody Mary, a vodka and tomato juice drink he started making in Paris.
Following Fernand Periot’s tradition, every St. Regis in the world has created their signature Bloody Mary by adding their own special twist. The St. Regis Punta Mita created the Mita Mary, prepared with white tequila, and other local ingredients.
Enjoy a refreshing Mita Mary at all of our restaurants.
