- Complimentary Experiences must be booked onsite with the Activities Coordinator (up to our activities per person, per day).
- Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. Please arrive ten minutes early.
- Allow at least a 30-minute interval between activities.
- Activity or experience cancellations must be requested and acknowledged by the Activities Coordinator at least 24 hours before starting time.
- Latecomers or no-shows will trigger cancellation of all booked activities.
- Latecomers or no-shows will be subject to a $30 per person penalty that will be added to the checkout bill.
- The Activities Coordinator will help you reprogram, subject to availability.
- Hotel Punta Islita may cancel activities due to force-majeure. There will be a full attempt to either reprogram or offer suitable alternatives during your stay.
- Complimentary experiences are and added value. Not participating does not entitle guests to a credit or discounted rates.
- Activities offered outside of the Complimentary Experience program and/or its schedule are considered Private Activities and are subject to feed and special conditions.
